Thaw in refrigerator 1-2 days. Take pork fillets out of wrapper. Sprinkle with seasoning on both sides (to taste). Grill over medium-high heat 7 minutes on each side, then tip on edge turning every couple minutes until the bacon is crispy. Internal temperature is at least 155˚F. Can be cooked in broiler.
