Description
Ingredients:
Bone-in chicken breast, ketchup, brown sugar, cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, chili powder, bourbon, olive oil, ground mustard, garlic and ginger.This product may contain one or all of the following: artificial color, flavor or preservatives.
Cooking Instructions:
Thaw in refrigerator 1-2 days. Set sauce cup aside. Drain and discard chicken marinade; pat dry.
OVEN: Place chicken, skin side up in pan. Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 20-30 minutes, until the internal temperature is at least 170°F, brushing with the sauce the last 10 minutes. Brown under broiler if desired.
GRILL: Grill chicken, covered, over medium-low heat for 25-35 minutes, until the internal temperature is at least 170°F, turning once. Brush with sauce the last 5 minutes of grilling.
