Cooking Instructions:
Thaw in refrigerator 1 day. Preheat oven to 375°. Roast steak rolls in pan, uncovered, for 30-40 minutes, until the internal temperature is at least desired level of doneness (medium-rare 145°, medium 160°). Remember to take toothpicks out before eating.
