Zucchini Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients: Zucchini, flour, sugar, vegetable oil, pecans, baking soda, cinnamon, vanilla, egg, baking powder, salt. Frosting: cream cheese, powdered sugar, butter, vanilla.

Cooking Instructions: Keep Frozen: Preheat oven to 350˚F. Bake for 45-55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Internal temperature is at least 165˚F. Let cool a few minutes then top with frosting.
